- Our disk space philosophy: We provide generous amounts of disk space--more than you'll find at most hosts, all at a very low price. This is because hard drive costs are getting lower and lower, and files are getting bigger, we simply pass the savings on to you. We have doubled the amount of space for even past clients more than once. So, even if you don't need as much space as you get, just rest assured that you won't ever run out!
- Bandwidth
- Our bandwidth allowance is given in GB (gigabytes) per month. This is the amount of data that you are able to transfer between your website account and visitors to your website per month.
- Websites
- Depending on the plan chosen, you may be able to host multiple domains on a single account! Domain pointers allow you to easily add domains that point to directories within your hosting, yet act as their own separate website showing your pointed domain URL.Domain pointers can have email addresses and even subdomains, and can be managed centrally from our easy to use SiteAdmin control panel.For an in-depth explanation of domain pointers and how they compare to parked domains, click here.
- Support
- Everyone you will interact with while hosting with us is a direct Site5 employee. We don't use any third-party outsourcing or staffing agencies. We've found that this allows us to provide our customers the best hosting experience possible, as we have the ability to decide who interacts with our customers and how they are trained.
- Unlimited Email Accounts
- Create as many email accounts as you need on your main domain as well as any domain pointers and subdomains. Email can be accessed through POP (which is method used by Outlook, Mail and nearly every other email client program out there), IMAP or the pre-installed Webmail systems we provide.
- Uptime Guarantee
